Internal Sales Administrator
About the Job
Full-time experienced sales administrator is required. The candidate will be required to do the following:
* Use our SAGE accounts system for entering sales orders
* Answer the telephone and take sales enquiries
* Build relationships with key customers.
* Filter incoming calls.
* Deal with customer problems in a polite and efficient manner.
* Work in partnership with the accounts dept.
The ideal candidate with be used to working in a busy, demanding and pressurized environment. As a growing company my client offers a stimulating environment where the right candidate could grow with the company to be the manager of internal sales over time. The management offer a laid back approach provided the work is done correctly.
Working hours are flexible for the right candidate and part time working is an option however the job is advertised as full time 37.5 hours 9 to 5.
You must be IT literature and have a pleasant telephone manner. Microsoft outlook is a key tool for the job.
Benefits:
