Booking Assistant

Job Description

Job description
We Are With You is a national charity helping 130,000 people a year overcome problems with drugs, alcohol and mental health. We work in hundreds of communities and support people to rebuild their lives.

We are extremely proud of the work we do but we know we need to go further.

We have an exciting opportunity for a new Booking Assistant to join the Administration Team within We Are With You’s IAPT-based service. We offer primary care mental health services, and work with people experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and professional individual to join our Administration team.

As a Booking Assistant, you will be responsible for contacting service users, taking information over the phone and booking appointments so you will need to have a confident and professional telephone manner. The role will include data entry of service users and appointment details onto our patient management system so you will need to be confident in working with high levels of data and information, and will be committed to the principles and practice of equality for service users and staff.

Full comprehensive training will be provided but a knowledge of computers including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and digital media is desirable.

As part of the wider Administration team you will provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support to our practitioners working throughout the Mental Health Services.

This is a full time, permanent role for 37.5 hours per week.

Interviews will be held remotely on 21 October 2020
