Customer Service Manager St Albans, Hertfordshire
Position: Customer Service Manager

Location: Hertfordshire

Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Customer Service Manager to join an expanding team in Hertfordshire.

The role will involve receiving in-bound calls from partners and customers of the business and investigating their complaints ensuring each is brought to a satisfactory resolution.

You will be responsible for building, developing and motivating a team, ensuring processes and procedures are in place

Experience in establishing a small but growing contact centre team

Ensuring all KPI’s are achieved monthly

Implement new systems and optimise existing systems

Providing hands on support and managing escalation queries

Requirements:

Outstanding team and people leadership skills

Ability to handle challenging customer queries

Knowledge or experience in subscriptions is an advantage
