In conjunction with the Fleet Operations Manager and workshop supervisor to provide high quality fleet repairs for the Councils vehicle fleet and equipment holding
To liaise with internal customers where required, to arrange Service Level Agreements meetings to enable service provision and service standards to be set and monitored, highlighting to the Fleet Operations Manager.
This role will be responsible for ensuring all Council vehicle and equipment assets are recorded correctly in vehicle and equipment data base.
To be the first point of contact for workshop supplier’s queries and service queries to the fleet department and workshops
To complete all scheduling for vehicles, ride on equipment, all parks equipment ensuring internal customers receive timely notification of inspection, service and MOT appointments. Liaise with external service providers to ensure MOTs and booked to align with MOT / service bookings in the fleet workshop.
Rate: £16.76 per.hour LTD payroll
