Job Description


Our valued client is after a successful recruiter who will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure you attract, hire and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities / Skills

Previous in-house recruiting experience (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) – ideally within the Health care Sector
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Sales recruiting experience is a must-have and hiring quota driven sales people
Must be creative and realistic, and results-driven.
Ability to adjust easily in a dynamic environment and have passion for the company. You should know the market, understand business strategy and priorities, and be able to build and grow talent networks
Experience using Linked In, Facebook, and other social recruiting platforms; experience in utilising search engine tools and Boolean search operators/strings, targeted company cold-calling, and cutting-edge sourcing techniques to identify sales talent
Strong interest in organising job fairs and/or group interviews
Highly organised and experienced at managing a high-volume requisition load effectively
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, in-person interviews, reference check, etc.)
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems etc
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to deal with disciplinary / absence queries etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A CIPD or studying towards qualification would be advantageous
Comfortable with admin and owning the CQC process.
In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and bonus earning potentials of £7k circa annually and the flexibility to work from home.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5pm.
