IT Administrator

Job Description

Full-time

The key responsibilities for this role include:

Invoice processing, including preparation of requisitions and raising purchase orders and Assisting with the procurement of services and supplies and engage with suppliers as directed
Contract management – maintaining the contracts database, reviewing contracts’ expiry dates and issuing reminders to contract managers
Records and filings – ensuring documents are filed appropriately and maintaining contracts folders up to date
Contractor recruitment and timesheet management.
Vendor Management – providing admin support
Resource schedule updates and reporting – keep up to date and advise with regards to spare capacity within the team.
Budget reconciliation – close liaison with finance e.g. project budget
Other ad hoc activities such as booking meetings, assisting with presentations, preparing of agendas and taking minutes at meetings.
Supporting the Business Delivery Management team and perform other tasks within the team in line with the role as required
