An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Analyst with a technical focus to provide a professional, high-quality end-user service at the University of Bradford.

The successful applicant will have excellent, in-depth knowledge of hardware, software and other related peripherals and have experience of providing both 1st and 2nd line support to these technologies within a large complex environment. You will be expected to perform problem-solving and assistance on various software applications, hardware systems and all Audio / Visual facilities for users of University IT services
